sir,Returning to the above topic, Twinning program has been implemented by the Ministry of Education, Government of India. The program is known as "Partnership between Schools", which aims to have the students and teachers of the two schools learn from each other.
Establish linkages between schools for coherent learning opportunities that allow sharing of experiences, ideas and best practices between students and teachers. Under the program one school (visiting school) is paired with another school (host school) in the same or another group.
According to the guidelines included herewith, 4 selected schools per cluster should be selected and the program should be implemented in the respective schools as per the guidelines included herewith. For the implementation of the program by the office here under the head "Twinning of schools (Elementary)" Rs. 1000/- per article grant has been allocated at the district level. The grant has to be allocated to the respective schools and the guidelines attached hereto to the respective schools

"Twinning of schools (Elementary)"
The Twinning program is known as a "partnership between schools", the aim of which is for students and teachers of two schools to learn from each other. Establish linkages between government schools and other well-functioning government or private schools for coherent learning opportunities. This will lead to sharing of experiences, ideas and best practices among students and teachers. Under the program one school (visiting school) is paired with another school (host school) in the same or another group.
- Purpose/Purpose of School Visit
- Interlinking schools will exchange academic and co-curricular activities.
- Capacity building will occur through the exchange of excellent ideas between teachers and students. Progress will be achieved by integrating one's own ability and the strength and success of others.
- Both the schools will accept each other's best and enhance their capacity.
- Will be able to know about each other's strengths and weaknesses
- And can learn together. Students in an interconnected school will be more capable both individually and in groups.
- Teachers will get an opportunity to adopt better and more effective methods.

Methods of School Selection:
- The program is to be implemented in 4 selected government higher primary (6th to 8th) schools per cluster.
●Discussed in the presence of the CRC CO of the concerned cluster in the school selection process, it will be the responsibility of the committee to finalize the list of two schools in pairs in that cluster / block.
● A government school can be affiliated with government, granted, Kendriya Vidyalaya, Navodaya Vidyalaya and other central government schools or private schools. Presided over by Taluka Taluka Primary Education Officer at Taluka level for school selection
● A committee has to be formed as follows to decide the schools after holding a meeting.

● While choosing a school the features of school activities have to be kept in mind. Preference will be given to schools where co-curricular activities like Gyankunj, Bala, Greenschool, use of LBD/ NCERT kits, Math-Science Society etc. are running well and effectively in the school.
4 schools have to be selected for each cluster.
● The selected schools should be paired with other selected schools of their own cluster/block according to the diversity of activities of two schools.
● Selected schools will receive Rs! A grant of 1000/- will be available. A private school can join this program but it will not be eligible for grant i.e. it will have to join the program at its own expense. Apart from the 4 schools of the cluster, other schools can also voluntarily participate in this program but such schools will not have to be allotted grant for this program.
Notification for Twinning Programme
●All the students of class 6th to 8th of the two schools that will be paired with the teacher, the principal and the teachers of class 6th to 8th will visit each other's school in two phases.
●E.g. If 'A' school is paired with 'B' school, and 'C' school with 'D' school, 'A' school will visit 'B' school, and 'B' school will visit 'A' school. Accordingly 'C' and 'D' schools will visit each other.
● The visiting school shall start the prayer meeting at the host school and join the activities/programmes as per the daily schedule mentioned herewith for full time.
● The host school should organize the best activities going on in their school so that the students of the visiting school can see/understand through virtual medium and ascertain through discussion/questionnaire.
School cleanliness, water conservation, debate, competitions, cultural programs, elocution competitions, decoration competitions etc. will have to be organized so that students of both schools can participate on the day of the program.
● The students of the visiting school have to write the entire program details in their notebooks during the program.
● Headmaster, teachers and students of the visiting school have to participate in various school activities/programs organized by the host school and if they wish to learn any activity, the teacher of the host school can visit the other school for one day with the consent of the headmasters of both the schools.

●The Headmaster of the visiting school, teachers and students should give their opinion/suggestions in writing to the Headmaster of the host school about the features of the host school like Gyankunj, Bala, Green School, Laboratory, Library etc.
● The CRC CO will have to monitor the activities conducted during the program through virtual means and will be able to provide necessary guidance.
●Details of Grant Allocation and Expenditure
Rs per school for the program! 1000/- grant will be allocated.
● On the day of the program, various activities/programmes will have to be spent from the Sadr Grant.
● Transport expenses during the school visit as well as providing incentive prizes to the participating and winning students in the said activities can be met from the grant allocated.
● The private school will have to join at its own expense. A private school will not be eligible for grant towards expenditure.
●All the schools have to prepare a detailed report of the program with photographs. District wise grant allocation sheet is enclosed herewith.
