 ● To provide food security to the primary school students of the state during the period of HOME LEARNING for 3 school days in the month of September-2020 and October-2020 (from the beginning of Diwali vacation from 1/02/2030 to 9/10/2050).  .  Reading: -1.  Resolution No. of Education Department: - PRE 11/2050/121 / K, dated 7/8/2050.  .  Resolution number of education department: - Mabhay / 2020 / GOI-2R, Ta.  12/12/2050.

 ● Order: - The new academic year has started with the instructions of Unlock-2 issued by the Government of India in the prevailing extraordinary circumstances of the epidemic of Novel Corona Virus (KOVID-19) and the resolution dated 203/2050 outlined in the preamble of the Education Department of the Government of Gujarat ;-( 1).  Is. 
 ● However, students registered during the HOME LEARNING period for 9 school days from September 2020 and October 2020 (from 1/02050 to 9/10/2050 until the start of Diwali vacation) will not be able to attend school.  During this period, it has been decided to provide food security allowance under the mid-day meal scheme.  Decision taken by the state government to arrange kunking cost and distribution of foodgrains

●To all the students enrolled in all the schools / institutions covered under the mid-day meal scheme of the new academic year 2020-21 September-2020 for the period of 3 school days from the beginning of Diwali vacation from 1/02/2030 to 9/102030.  The state government has decided to provide school food security allowance for days.  (A copy is included).  As per the above resolution, every student in the state has to be given the following food security allowance.
Std. 1 to 8 Total 50,6,8 Thus shown in the introduction (3) of the education department.  By strictly following the details given in the resolution of 19/12/2050 and all the guiding instructions given in it, new academic year for a total of 5 school days for the period of HOME LEARNING from 1/09/2030 to 9/102030.  Distribution and cooking of food security allowances to students registered in the school for -21
 This is to ensure timely completion of the required procedure for regular payment of the cost amount.

 Date of Education Department  As per the condition of Resolution No. 12/12/2050: -Mabhay / 1020 / GOI-5R, the amount of cooking cost fixed by the school headmaster / teacher SMC for food security allowance has to be deposited in the bank account of the student / guardian.

 As well as keeping in view the local circumstances, keeping the social distance strictly as per the guidelines of the Government, the Deputy Collector (Mabho.Yo.) and the District Primary Education Officer will have to complete the distribution of foodgrains through the local school teachers and the honorary salary holders of the mid-day meal center.

 (1) All the registered students of the primary school where the mid-day meal scheme is being implemented will have to send the daily report on the distribution of foodgrains on a daily basis and the latest details of the amount paid for the cooking cost in the prescribed form to the email here.  As well as the amount of foodgrains distributed daily and the amount deposited in the bank account of the student / guardian will have to be given in the prescribed specimen form shown here on Google Drive at the email address here.

 (3) Accounts at school and taluka / district level shall be kept up to date for the purpose of audit.

 (3) As per the procedure prescribed at the district level for distribution of foodgrains, distribution of foodgrains from the quantity of foodgrains allotted in the third and fourth quarters of the year 2020-21 to the Government of India for the mid-day meal scheme shall be completed within the time limit.

 (3) The school level shall ensure that no student is deprived of Food Security Allowance.  And Mamlatdar Shri Deputy Collector (M.B.Yo.) and District Primary Education Officer will have to monitor this.  If more than the allotted quantity of grain is required for distribution, the quantity can be obtained from the allotment of the third and fourth quarters.

 (2) To maintain social distance strictly and to follow the instructions of the health department. To call only the parents in the school.

 (3) In addition, as per the provisions of National Food Security Act 2016 and Mid-day Meal Scheme Rules-2016, this work has to be completed within the time limit, the district / taluka office has to supervise this matter.  And each according to the prescribed inspection sample
 The district level will have to plan for the inspection of the school.  This matter is requested to be given top priority.

 Therefore, from the above order of the education department, for the food security allowance, according to the number of students registered here in the district / corporation promotion, the total amount of the throwing cost is ordered to be allocated a grant of Rs. 12.51 lakh.
